This ACCA courses are proposed for those students who wish to join the world of finance or accounting in the near future, or continue with their education after graduation in order to increase their knowledge as an accountant or become a Chartered Certified Accountant. Aims and Objectives
The ACCA courses are offered to meet the following objectives:
- To assist learners in understanding accounting standards and interpret frameworks of various financial statements of entities.
- To help students attain strong and relevant financial management skills and to develop the core competences required for working in public or private sectors.
- To develop knowledge and understanding of accounting fundamentals to support management in planning and decision-making in various business contexts.
The job prospects will depend based on the level achieved by a particular student:
- Fundamentals Level
- Professional Level
Becoming an ACCA member unlocks the widest number of career opportunities, and gives you a mark of distinction that lets you drive your career to greater success. It could lead to very senior positions such as a financial manager, chief financial officer or a partner in a professional firm.
General entry requirements
The entry requirements for the programme should not be less than the following :
Either Pass in : 3 subjects at A-level and 1 subject at subsidiary level at Higher School Certificate Examination;
Or Pass in : 2 subjects at A-level and 2 subject at subsidiary level at Higher School Certificate Examination;
Or Pass in : 3 subjects at A-level at the London General Certificate Examination;
